What is my payment portion?
As part of the treatment planning session, our treatment coordinators will contact your insurance company and gather necessary information. We will estimate your costs to the best of our knowledge.
Your estimated copayment will be collected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
Please note, it is not possible for our treatment coordinator to keep track of many different as well as confusing and ever-changing dental insurance reimbursement policies. Hence, please keep in mind that insurance is ultimately a contract between patients and the insurance company.
We submit the claims on the patient’s behalf; however, whatever amount is not paid by the dental benefit plan is the patient’s responsibility. Late charges and finance charges of 1.5% (18% APR) will apply for payments not received at the end of 30 days after the billing date.
Do you offer a payment plan?
In situations in which the treatment recommended exceeds your annual dental benefit allowance or you need help with your copayment and co-insurance, we provide an easy payment plan thru CareCredit and Lending Club.
